Photo/Video Shoots: Guests are expected to bring their own equipment for shoots.
Rehearsal Spaces: Guests are expected to bring their own music equipment, sound console & sound personnel. Backline gear, sound equipment & personnel can be provided for an additional cost (hourly / daily rate).

- Furniture / decor may be moved -- put back in place before you leave.
- Remove all trash / personal belongings at end of booking

Wonderful! Jaan was on site to help answer any questions. The space is incredible and so cool. We were able to move some furniture around for our video shoot. Loved all the different shoot locations inside this home. All of our dancers and artist loved shooting at this location. Excellent host.

Jaan's house has TONS of great backdrops that helped our team film multiple content pieces in one day. The Jaan's house team was also very prompt in their communication and helped us accommodate our timing needs. The location was clean, unique, and everything we were hoping for.
