Photo/Video Shoots: Guests are expected to bring their own equipment for shoots.
Rehearsal Spaces: Guests are expected to bring their own music equipment, sound console & sound personnel. Backline gear, sound equipment & personnel can be provided for an additional cost (hourly / daily rate).

- Respect the space (owner-occupied)
- Furniture / decor may be moved -- put back in place before you leave.
- Remove all trash / personal belongings at end of booking
- No smoking indoors
- No pets (unless approved by owner)
- Do not enter areas marked "Restricted"
- No excessive drinking

Personnel

A member of our team will meet you at the location at the time of the booking. They will give a walkthrough the space, go over rules, set up anything needed, and answer and questions you may have.

Wonderful! Jaan was on site to help answer any questions. The space is incredible and so cool. We were able to move some furniture around for our video shoot. Loved all the different shoot locations inside this home. All of our dancers and artist loved shooting at this location. Excellent host.

Jaan was a great, friendly host who greeted us and made sure we got set up alright for our video shoot. He gave us our space to film once we were all settled. I needed a place that had multiple backdrops/looks all in one for each song we filmed, so this was a PERFECT place for that. There is even a gorgeous view outside on the patio which we utilized. The space was clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this space for your photo/video shoot!
