Country barn with rustic interior. Additional small dining area, bathroom, and 3 small rooms optional with fee). Firepit outside for drinkin' smokin' and cussin.' Next to creek. Price of $100/hr is for 8 folks, 4 cars, 4 hour minimum. Additional for trucks or more folks. Space without A/C. Heating inside. Propane heaters are available (fee req) for the barn space. Parking area and picnic shelter available large shoots. Insurance, security deposit, and cc on file required.

Jonathan was so great to work with! We filmed a music video on his property. Our other location fell through, and Jonathan saved the day and helped us find the perfect filming spots last minute!

We had a fantastic experience shooting at the Barn By The Creek location. Our shoot was 1 day and we had a few different setups to get in the time allotted. This property is loaded with filming/shoot locations and the hosts were great. We also opted for the catered meal for the crew lunch which was reasonably priced and it exceeded out expectations as well. I would highly recommend this location. Be sure to inquire with hosts about all location options on the property. It is a large property and lots of different looks available. Big thanks to the folks at this location.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with Avvay.

After accepting the reservation & after the deposit was paid, Jonathan contacted me saying I needed to fill out a form via a different website. I did, and there were additional charges that are not listed on the Avvay site including an hourly charge for him to be on-site (he left during our shoot, but charged us for the full duration anyway). He later texted me, asking for a photo of my credit card in order to pay an additional deposit. A little suspect to ask someone to give you their full credit card details via text. I told him I wasn't comfortable with sending him a photo so he allowed me to call him to give him the numbers - which he repeated aloud on the phone - I could hear he was in an area full of people. He then ran the card for the full amount of the deposit $2000.

His communications were erratic and it seemed he didn't know what event he was speaking to. He confused our shoot with other events. TAKE CAUTION!

WARNING: HIDDEN FEES!! Jonathan O. was extremely misleading and a total nightmare to book with. After paying him for the full hourly rate, he gave me his word we were squared away… well he had me fill out a form saying it would be $2000 if there were damages, tried to charge me $30/hr for him to stand there with my crew (I kindly refused), $10/hr for every extra person outside of what we agreed upon, and after asking him about the fees he simply got upset at my questions, hung up and canceled my reservation. Took me a week to get my money back in full, and the location I ended up going with was so much more accomodating and upfront. I was appalled by the unprofessional communication, as I usually have no problems in these scenarios. Only after I threatened with legal action did he respond and send my money back. Stay away from this place if you are not prepared for the predatory fees. Total mess !!!!!
