Rules

All activities must be discussed & approved prior to rental. WWS operates on a 10-hour day unless otherwise arranged. We are able to shift these hours earlier or later to accommodate your needs. An overtime fee of $100 per hour applies for every hour of OT. Smoking & vaping allowed outside only.

Personnel

A dedicated Worldwide Stages Site Representative will be onsite for the duration of the rental to answer any questions and help facilitate client needs. Other personnel available with advance notice.

Power Specifications

There are two 400 Amp, 3-Phase power drops available in this room, as well as numerous standard outlets throughout. Depending on availability, up to three additional 400 Amp power drops can be run into room. Distros are available if needed.

Lighting Specifications

There are LED overhead lights throughout the room. Windows provide natural light from the southeast, and blackout blinds and curtains are installed for when it's not desired.
