A long driveway leads up to the back of the home with easy access for unloading equipment, etc. Parking space can accommodate up to 4 vehicles side-by-side if need be. Ample street parking is available as well in front of the home. House is situated on a lot that is just shy of an acre.
No smoking inside the home. No pets without prior clearance. Please ask before moving any pieces of furniture and treat our belongings with respect as most of them are heirlooms. Tennis balls and/or mats are required on production equipment to prevent damage to our floors & ceiling.

A circuit breaker is located in the pantry with a standard 120V supply. There are plenty of outlets along the walls of the home.
Windows are fitted with rattan or linen curtains. Our home faces the South side creating ample natural light filtering through. All rooms (except the child's bedroom & bathroom) are located at ground level making it easy to set up lights outside.
