Featuring an open floor plan, the house is filled with mid-century modern decor and vintage music equipment. Highlights include a wrap-around porch, farmhouse kitchen, arched doorways, + white walls & wide-plank floors throughout. Perfect for photo/video shoots, writing retreats, and recording.

- Return the key to the lockbox on backdoor.
- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- No gear left overnight w/o consent + $400 fee
- Do not move recording studio gear w/o consent
- Guests will need to pay for, replace, or fix any damage to the home, floors, or furniture.
