For people who are bringing in lighting, be sure to bring three prong adapters and battery powered heads. There aren't a ton of three prong outlets, but that wasn't an issue for us because we had plenty of stingers, adapters, and battery powered lights. The house is incredible, Brooke is great, and I would totally book it again!"

A 1940's Adobe style home with a modern, organic, and minimal interior. Textured walls, original hardwood floors, archways. Large backyard with a firepit, outdoor tub and sculptural tree shelter, which serves nicely as a stage or dining area. Can be used as an editorial, commercial, or portrait photoshoot location for small groups and for small events/art shows on a limited, curated basis. Indoor capacity is 10, outdoor capacity is 40-50.
This unique adobe-style home is one of a kind and will help make any photo or video shoot stand out from the crowd! Boasting an open living area, soft color palette and gorgeous back yard with a fire pit, you have to see this beautiful home to believe it!

This is a niche, peaceful, and beautiful residence. Please treat it with kindnes and respect. The basic request is that it is left in the condition in which it is found. If furniture or objects are moved, they must be returned to their proper place. Non-smoking - 10 max capacity inside, 50 outside.
A host will let you in, give you a tour, and answer any questions.
