I have an open floor plan house in 12th South that gets a lot of natural light. The rental space is the entire downstairs, which includes the kitchen, dining and living room spaces, a bathroom, office and back porch.

It's ok to use appliances in the kitchen, like the refrigerator and microwave.
Prefer shoe covers and they will be supplied at the entrance. Please don't eat food in the pantry or use things in the kitchen without communicating what you'd like to use since we do not hold a security deposit. If anything gets damaged, we ask that you pay for the repair.
I can be available during the rental, if needed, for an additional fee.
