This 200-square-foot recording studio with 15 ft ceilings is the ideal space for podcasting. This space is fully equipped to capture the highest quality audio and 4K video content to accompany your production. This studio is customizable so that your podcast feels uniquely yours. We will collaborate and help design a setup that helps your content stand out. We can do as much, or as little, as you need!

2 Shure SM7B microphones, XLR cables, microphone stands and Tascam audio capturing technology included.
Professional lighting ($50 flat fee), 4k cameras (up to four, $50 per camera), Rode Procastor microphones (up to 4, $25 per additional microphone), and transferring of raw files to a drive or cloud based storage available for a $75 flat fee.

Rules

No smoking in the building.
No animals in the building unless pre-approved.
Outside catering allowed as long as it is pre-planned and discussed with the host.
Alcohol can be brought onsite, but must be served but an ABC licensed bartender in order to be in compliance with Tennessee State Law.

Personnel

Audio and video production staff are on site for questions at the time of your rental. Dedicated videographer, producer, director available for $150/hr and an audio engineer available for $125/hr.
