Brand-new Essex upright piano, ukulele, accordion, kalimbas (finger pianos), black-painted backdrop wall, built-in sound system throughout house, (non-functioning) brick fireplace in bathroom, large bathtub, hardwood floors, wrought iron canopy-style bed with white bedding, tall ceilings and windows, full kitchen.
-FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED when off-camera. We are immunocompromised, and appreciate your abundance of caution in keeping us and each other safe.

The house is west facing, so rooms in the front of the house and with north-facing windows (living room, entry, dining room) get the best noon/early afternoon light. The sunniest room is the white living room, noon and later. Room in the back (master bedroom/bathroom) have some natural light in the morning, but don't get as much in the afternoon. Additional lighting may be required. Guest room has least natural light.

AMAZING!
The Art Haus a *stunning* location. Beautiful interior design, spotless with lots of great touches for shoots.
In addition, Holley's communication was perfect; quick to respond, thorough and friendly.
In person (as we arrived and left...they left us to it for the shoot) Holley and Daniel were lovely and extremely helpful.
Cannot recommend this location enough.
