We are a full-service production facility. We have a loading dock, forklift, scissor lift, carts, high speed internet, full service kitchen, additional auxiliary space and much more to make your time as efficient as possible. Rates will apply for additional equipment - please contact for further information.
All activities must be discussed & approved prior to rental. An overtime fee of $100 per hour applies for every hour of OT. Smoking & vaping allowed outside only. The kitchen must be returned clean and it's in the same condition in which it was rented.
We will have a dedicated team member available to assist with your event. We also offer security, medics, food and beverage, event coordinators, and additional labor. Please contact us for more info.
