About This Location

Tennessee Music Farm is a NEW 35,000sqft barn dance venue with a complete stage, sound & lighting, 50ft ceilings with solid steel beams, a huge dance floor, writers/green rooms full of country music memorabilia, a full-size indoor riding arena, mechanical roping calf, 6 working horse stalls, 3 beautiful pastures, horses, donkeys, mini horses, chickens and guinea fowl. The barn has a bathroom and a kitchenette available. The exterior of our 186-year-old home, is available for use as well.

-Stage and complete sound/light package. Our board is a Behringer x32. If space is booked by a non-music industry rep, a sound tech will be hired to run equipment.

Rules

I'm flexible because we are a barn, and we are very weather dependent. The hottest months and coldest months will have to be assessed as we near the date. We do have industrial fans and standing propane heaters. If the rain is heavy, it is very loud in our 35,000 sqft TIN ROOF barn.

Personnel

A Tennessee Music Farm representative will always be available. Owner lives onsite. Our staff is available for parking and security with prior notice.
