No utilities on site (power/water). Large, open 1/4 acre flat field for parking or filming. 4x4 or AWD only on trails. Trail to cabin is 450 yards from private driveway.

Owner of cabin must be present for all filming/ property rentals. Vehicles should park at the top of the property unless discussed prior with owners. Only 4X4 or AWD vehicles will be allowed on trails. Filmmaker must have a COI for damages/ repairs.
The owner will be present to oversee and help with any questions about the cabin and property.
