About This Location

Designed with the modern creative in mind, The Berry Hill Studio is a 1900 sq ft space for photo/video shoots and podcasts. The Berry features a soundproof studio with a 11’x15’ cyc wall, Savage backgrounds, portable green screen and various lighting/gear rental options.

Our carefully curated space also come with a green room for guests/talent, screening room with a 65” smart tv, makeup room, wardroom area, free Wi-Fi, and a kitchen area with a refrigerator and coffee bar.

Sandbags, C-stands, light stands, backgrounds. Additional lighting, audio and video gear onsite for rental as needed.

Rules

No smoking, no adult filming. Max number of guests is 25. Outside catering is allowed. Timeframe booked includes load in/load out. Rental includes access/use of entire building. Furniture and decorations may be moved but must be returned unharmed to their original location.

Personnel

Studio manager will be onsite for rentals as needed to support studio setup and any gear rental needs/support.
