About This Location

Looking to get a ton of different backdrops and looks all at one place? Located only 45 minutes west Nashville is a 22 acre space perfect for photographers, videographers and artists. The property features 6 acres of grass, 16 acres of woods, a large barn and numerous outbuildings. Our "sets" currently include a full 90s Dive Bar set, a vintage Motel Room set, and an interrogation room.

Please note that these spaces (including barn, cabin & outbuildings) do NOT have central heating or air. We continuously work to improve accommodations, but this is an authentically rustic space that can be affected by weather conditions. The daily temperature, in addition to wind and rain forecasts should be considered when booking.

Rules

1.) Inform us in your request if you plan to have more than 5 vehicles or more than 8 people.
2.) Inform us in your request if you plan to have any large props delivered (ex. picture cars).
3.) Try to keep speaker volume at a reasonable level.
4.) No filming in or near the public street.

Personnel

There is always someone available onsite to assist you as needed.

We offer an onsite videographer/photographer to take BTS for you during your shoot for an additional $25/hr.

Ryan and his property were great! Ryan was accommodating despite the snowy weather and chilly conditions. He helped us to customize the space to fit our needs, and also took BTS photos for us. I recommend adding on the BTS package as he delivered a ton of HQ images, and was mindful when shooting to avoid any interference with production. Thank you Ryan! We will be back for future shoots.
