This was absolute dream of a location! Annie was incredible and super friendly, very fast responses... If I had to say one negative it is no wifi and bad cell signal, but then again, you are renting a cabin so that is to be expected. I would rent from Annie time and time again. It was perfect for our video shoot! Highly recommended!

This location was perfect for our needs for a video shoot! We shot two acoustic performances and a short documentary piece, as well as some b-roll and photography on the property. We enjoyed having the home as a place to cool off and use as a green room. The only note I have is that this property can be difficult to find and there is limited cell service. I wish that would have been mentioned up front so I could've prepared my talent and crew in advance.
Overall, a great spot, but make sure you have the proper vehicle to get to the location and use Apple Maps instead of Google. :)
