This was an horrible experience. From the start, the primary contact person was unresponsive through this platform and email. In an effort to be prepared for my event, we randomly showed up to the venue the evening before only to be told that we couldn’t have our event there the very next day as he had double booked the space and some hvac issues. Not once was I notified of this. Will told me I could “pivot” to use there alternative space which was less than ideal for this but I had no choice. On the day of we walked in to a space that was dusty, unkept, and full of furniture. The main part of the venue was upstairs but bc of older guest walking up two flights of stairs was not an option. We spent the first hour and a half cleaning and moving furniture. Even though we made the best of the situation, I’m highly disappointed as I spent thousands of dollars towards this gathering only to be booted the day before without notice bc of a double booking. I would never recommend this venue.
