We booked it for a recent photo shoot and were seriously impressed. Load-in was a breeze; Kelli was super communicative and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Plus, the location? Right in the heart of East Nashville — can’t beat it.
We needed seamless for the shoot, and she had multiple options ready to roll. Bonus points for the awesome product table they let us try out — such a cool touch!

"I’ve rented several studios in Nashville over the years, and Hayseed has definitely been my favorite. It checks all the boxes. The size is perfect, whether it's a one-on-one session or something with extra people. There’s plenty of space and seating for everyone involved. I also really appreciate the chairs and stools available for props or posing, and having a full bathroom and kitchen area on-site is a huge plus.
The natural light in the space is beautiful, and the tall ceilings make it easy to set up studio lighting however you need. It’s clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. The space has great energy all around.
Kelli, the owner, is wonderful to work with, super responsive and easy to coordinate with. The off-street parking makes load-in and load-out simple, which is always a win.
I highly recommend this space and will absolutely be using it again!"

Hayseed is a bright, blank space to create located in East Nashville. Features a lofted ceiling, South and West facing windows that maximize natural light, a large blank wall, and concrete floors. Sheer and blackout curtains give you the ability to control the light. Great for small to medium photo or video productions.
We also have some grip items available.
This photography studio has a clean, industrial vibe with optional pops of color. The loft space allows you to play with height and capture some amazing angles, making it a great choice for your next small photo shoot!
