The PDI Studio is a state-of-the-art, 1,600 sq. ft. film lot designed for high-quality photo and video production. Our space features a fully equipped cyc studio, an RGB light grid, private green room, and live stream bay.

With a 1,500 sq. ft. load-in and holding area, we ensure a seamless workflow. A dedicated fiber optic connection powers our facility, and we offer premium production equipment, including the ATEM 2 M/E Production Studio 4K, HyperDeck Studio 4K Pro, and Cameras available for additional rates. A scissor lift is also available.

Rules

No Smoking, pyrotechnics or untrained performer stunts. Renters must have their own insurance. Please clean up and respect adjacent office workers. Damage to backdrops or cyc wall may incur fees.

Personnel

We will have a member of our staff on hand to ensure needs are taken care of and questions are answered. Camera ops and live stream technical producers available for additional rate

Outlets are available in the video studio, livestream bay, and green room. We recommend LED lights only due to our 40amp limit but please reach out for any other inquiries.

Lighting Specifications

Our QuickQ10 lighting console controls the following - 2x Aputure LS 600X, 1x Aputure LS 300x, 4x Aputure Nova P600C, 1x ARRI SKYPANEL S60-C, 4x LITE-PANELS GEMNI 2X1 SFT PNL/RGBWW. We have an additional ARRI SKYPANEL S60-C on wheels for use, as well as 1x Aputure LS 300x with gobos.
