The entire process was incredibly convenient, and when we had to reschedule due to weather, the host was extremely accommodating and understanding. She even stopped by during our shoot to check if we needed anything, and when we realized we had forgotten a prop, she generously came back with something we could use. The scenery was stunning and truly brought our vision to life. We’ll definitely be renting again — highly recommend!"

New construction 2020 horse barn featuring 4 private horse stalls with views over our sprawling pasture. Inside the barn, there is an air conditioned office, tack room, and one bathroom. A 48' x 16' concrete floor room sits in between office and stalls featuring beautiful western chandeliers. A separate RV pad with stunning trussed ceilings is 40' x 27'- 9". Out in the pasture, there is room to run horses in a contained environment surrounded by the nature of Middle Tennessee.
Located only 30 minutes from Nashville, this property provides a secluded, rural backdrop that is also convenient. It features a private road that winds through a forest of mature trees for almost half a mile, making it a great option for any back road driving scenes!
