Just outside Franklin & Nashville, Maplewood Hollow is a 12-acre retreat , perfect for film shoots. With rolling hills, a tranquil pond, a charming farmhouse, and ample parking on a wide driveway, it offers a variety of scenic backdrops. The golden light at sunrise and sunset creates a magical ambiance, ideal for cinematic moments. Its serene atmosphere and easy accessibility make it the perfect location to bring your creative vision to life.
We love the contrast between this white, modern farmhouse sitting alone against the countryside. Inside, the home has an open layout, neutral colors and lots of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. The home offers great views, making this excellent choice for your next interview shoot!

We don't have a stage, but our back porch has power/lighting/fans and is elevated above the acreage and pond area. We've had events where the band used our back porch and folks sat below. Message for more photos of this area.
