Features a vibey recording studio, cozy bath with soaking tub, lounge with wood siding, big front porch, and large backyard with brick paths, ivy-covered shed, and blooming crepe myrtles in the spring and summer. Ideal for music videos, album art, brand, couples, family, vintage, historic, moody, or romantic shoots.

Furniture can be moved carefully to not damage it or the floors. Be gentle when moving plants. Make sure they are not directly on the floor.Studio equipment is not to be used other than prop purposes unless agreed upon beforehand or host assists. No open flames or smoking. Nudity is ok but no porn.
