The interior of this guesthouse has an open, industrial-inspired layout with 23' ceilings and a wide, unobstructed main room that gives productions plenty of flexibility. Please treat The Studio and property with care and respect. Guest count and activities must be approved. Rental time includes setup/ cleanup. No damage or permanent installations. Basic cleanup is required. COI may be required for events, productions or larger groups.
