We are renting the outdoor space ONLY of this property. We live on-site, so any additional buildings, port-a-pottys, or tents you need will be your responsibility to order, maintain, and return.
No smoking or littering. Do not interact with or enter animal enclosures without an owner/manager present. All guests must sign a liability waiver. Party size must be coordinated with owners in advance.
2 owners live on-site and are available to you, within reason and/or for an additional fee.
For video shoots and commercial shoots, you may use the restroom in our home, but any additional needs will require a rental.
