Private 16 acre farm with 30x50 party barn. Enjoy the privacy and front porch during your event. 2 smart TV’s, Bose sound system w/mic. Mini-kitchen with microwave, mini refrigerator, small ice maker and sink. 2 bathrooms. 2 hvac/heat units. Grass selfie wall, whiskey bar. 2 roll up doors. Access to fields, and wooded areas around property. Pond with LED 13 foot fountain (we can customize the color) Large party deck. Parking for approx 50 people. Comes with tables and chairs set up for 64 people

Alcohol must have event insurance. Smoking on front porch by ashtray. No glitter. Most sign liability form. YOU are responsible for everyone at your event. Watch kids at all times. You are responsible for any damage. We have farm animals do not pet. $100 an hour for overtime. We close at 10pm no exc
