About This Location

I'm a filmmaker and this is our family home. But as I often rent locations for films and commercials we got to thinking that our house has a style and look that we haven't seen available around town.

The house is just under 4,000 square feet.

The front sunroom faces the east. The kitchen and living room face the west (where the pool is).

We are on almost an acre of land.

1. No smoking allowed.
2. We have two dogs and a cat. All are friendly. If you are renting for more than a day we will take the dogs with us but the cat comes and goes on her own.
3. We do have security cameras up.
