Nashville, TN
This modern, new build, whole home is fully staged with 3 bedrooms, 1 office, 2 bathrooms, living, kitchen, dining, and laundry room. The interior of the home is very quiet due to the construction style - insulated concrete forms- making it a great choice for filming. Would work well for corporate meetings or photo shoots as well. You will have access to the whole house and property.
Clean architectural lines, polished concrete and warm natural accents give this Nashville home a distinctive contemporary look that photographs beautifully from wide establishing shots to intimate lifestyle setups. Expansive glass doors connect the airy interior to a wooded outdoor setting, giving film, commercial and photo productions an easy mix of modern residential scenes and lush natural backdrops within one location.
