Quintessential cabin in the woods on 25 acres with a rustic, mountain feel. Originally built in 1830 with beautiful hand hewn poplar logs, this property is very special and only 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. A big stone fireplace, relaxing porches to sit or dine on, 2 classic barns, a large grassy lawn surrounded by large hardwood trees, a second small writer's cabin and several little streams. There are endless organic textures and natural backdrops here.

We have a 500sq ft. room ready for hair, makeup and wardrobe with 220 volt power, a bathroom and water.
Additional fee to use the inside of the house. Certificate of Insurance required. We can host up to 35 people outside, and 15 inside/on porch. Parking for up to 15 cars. No driving or parking on grass. Property is to be left as it's found. Cleaning fee will apply if necessary. No smoking inside.

WOW! What a dreamy and wonderful spot to photograph at. The location owner, Yve, is also incredibly kind and accommodating. She was so proactive in making sure we had what we needed and made sure that felt good on set. Overall I would say this has been one of the best Avvay experiences I've had so far in terms of working with a great location owner and the location itself. The location itself sits on absolutely beautiful wooded acres, and features many cool outbuildings. One could easily do several photoshoots here and make each of them feel different. This place just has that much to offer. Highly recommend this one! Will definitely be back.
