About This Location

Come home to our House of Cedar, 1800! A restored farmhouse, shed, and chicken farm, originally built in 1800. We offer a unique location indoor (3,268 sq. ft) and out (1 acre lot with natural views) full of charm and character, with an abundance of distinctive settings for your video or photo shoot. The house is fully furnished (it is our live-in residence) with distinctive pieces. Just 20 minutes from the airport, this is a great space to capture history--or to make your own!

The home is decorated with eclectic original art pieces and is fully furnished.

There is a pool, bonfire pit and outdoor seating area. Also a rustic shed and chicken pen area with charming coops. Note, if you'd like to film or photograph chickens, let me know and I'll arrange to be available.

1986 Chevy stick shift truck available. Additional fee if you want to actually drive it on our small street..

Rules

Most productions and events are allowed in the space. No alcohol, no nudity, no smoking. Specify at time of booking what you'll be using the space for and what size of a shoot. Multi-day and weekend dates are possible, on special request. Please be respectful and courteous.
