This is a really dope spot. It was perfect for our video shoot because we were looking for that gritty industrial feel. I will say you MUST read the details in the reservation. No bathrooms, no electricity, and no chairs. Warren left great instructions on how to enter the place and provided a generator for us to have power.

Had a great experience with this location on our photo shoot. The process of reserving went smoothly as did accessing the property the day of the shoot.
The sub-station is a great location with fabulous light and unique surroundings. We captured multiple looks within and outside of the facility.
Although I highly recommend this location, there are a few things that you should be aware of. The location is grungy and dirty, so keeping the model clean was a continual issue. Also, there is no air conditioning, so it gets warm pretty quickly. So, definitely advise bringing water and towels!
