We are so excited you are considering South 40 Farm in Franklin to be the backdrop of your next shoot. Our 40-acre country site is conveniently located directly off of I-65 and I-840 and is easily accessible to even the largest of semis and tour busses. In addition to our flat land and beautiful fields, we also have green space, two barns and outbuildings, gas pump, areas for catering, parking and staging for your shoot. We have barns, lake / pond, cars and animals available for props.

We have multiple barns and about a dozen old cars. Some run and some are just props, but they are all beautiful. We have a 1,000-square-foot photography studio for rent as well for an additional charge.
We pride ourselves on being flexible enough to accommodate most any shoot, however, we do not allow anything illegal to take place on our land. Start and finish times are flexible. If you need special arrangements, please call us and we will work with you.
We can make ourselves available as needed during shoots. Jeff and Ann Thoni, the owners of the property... Ann is a professional photographer and could be hired as an add-on if needed.
