Built in the early 1900's the Attic is a 5000+ sq ft open space with exposed brick walls & original glass windows. This room has been abandoned for decades. Access to bathrooms and power.

Can get hot in summer months.
A fan helps cool the space. No AC.

The Attic on Wedgewood is the perfect spot for your video or photo projects. This space is worn, dark and raw. You can expect to find holes in the floorboards that add to the rustic look of this space.
