Located in the heart of Lockland Springs our Modern Loft Casita is an interior designed space w/ 18 foot ceilings & beautiful white epoxy floors. The corner wall of windows allows for a ton of natural light & is a perfect location for photo / video shoots. The casita also includes a full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom & spiral staircase leading up to the loft space / balcony. Fire pit outside is also available for use :-)

Our guests are welcome to use the fire pit in the yard. We have some musical equipment that is also available upon request for a small fee.
Max guests on site at one time is 15. No smoking. Please treat our casita as if it were your own home :-) Also, set gear boxes on rugs & tripod legs on tennis balls to protect the floors. Thank you!
We do not provide personnel. Just the space. We try to be as available as possible to meet your needs but we are typically not onsite during shoots.

Almost all of our lights are on dimmers to give you control. We also have a huge corner of windows which allows for maximum amount of natural light during the day.
