This palatial estate inspired by colonial style architecture is the perfect location for any project. Conveniently located just north of East Nashville in Madison,TN. We have a 15ft by 32ft studio dedicated to photography/ videography/ audio recording. Out back is an all original 1950's concrete pool which is drained during the winter months but vibrant in the summer. Browse through the gallery and see all the spaces this mansion has to offer!

No Smoking indoors, no illegal activity, one bathroom available to guests. The photo/video studio is the primary space available as well as the exteriors, the rest of the house is offered at the standard rate on a case to case basis dependent on the level of intrusion. This is a lived in residence.
In house photographer/ videographer Curtis Wayne Millard, audio engineer Owen Evans rates will apply.
