The spacious open concept kitchen and living room provided plenty of space for dining and connecting with family. The patio and beautifully landscaped back yard was where everyone enjoyed music and took pictures under party lights and tiki torches. There was ample parking for our guests and the location was easy to access.
Brenlynn is an excellent host. She made the everything easy from the initial reservation until we left the house. Everything was BETTER than we anticipated. We hope to reserve this space again for our family events in Franklin. I highly recommend it."

We have a brand new house that has plenty of space for small music events, music videos, photography, etc. Our kitchen is industrial size for filming any sort of cooking. The furniture configurations can be changed and moved around as needed.
