About This Location

Sun-filled, owner-occupied house with plenty of space for cast, crew and equipment! The house has new cedar siding, wood floors, a large deck off the kitchen, a basement, and a private garden. Flexible space can be used for all types of shoots. The ground level includes a master bath and bedroom with sliding glass doors to the garden, two other bedrooms, and a den/office. On the parlor floor is a bathroom plus open-concept kitchen and living room. The deck/garden gets southern and western light.

Hours over hours booked are charged at 150% of normal rate; COI needed before booking; pets OK with prior permission and pet deposit; cooking OK with prior permission; smoking OK outside; protect floors; report damage; trash must be properly sorted, rinsed (recycling), bagged & binned or carted out.
