About This Location

Sun-filled, owner-occupied house with plenty of space for cast, crew and equipment! The house has new cedar siding, wood floors, a large deck off the kitchen, a basement, and a private garden. Flexible space can be used for all types of shoots. The ground level includes a master bath and bedroom with sliding glass doors to the garden, two other bedrooms, and a den/office. On the parlor floor is a bathroom plus open-concept kitchen and living room. The deck/garden gets southern and western light.

Rules

Protect floors. Report damage. COI needed to confirm booking. Hours over booked time charged at 150%. Pets OK with deposit; cooking with prior permission; smoking outside. Overnight or >12-hour shoots OK with $400 fee. Trash must be properly sorted, rinsed (recycling), bagged & binned or carted out.
