About This Location

Union Square Kitchen is a beautiful party space with giant wooden windows dating back to the 1890s. It’s got an ultra modern kitchen with all of the latest appliances, including a smart fridge. The space was once an apartment that was occupied by Caroline Kennedy. There are other stories I can tell you about it including one about a Batman comic that sold for $1 million but that’s for another day. Next-door is the patio Studio, which it’s a great dance party room with a lighting grid!

Designed as a professional kitchen studio, it’s equipped with the latest appliances and features rolling islands with a working electric cooktop and surface options.

There’s a lighting grid and high-speed Internet, the kitchen islands, ground wheels and can be arranged for you like. We do have lighting and grip equipment available, but that would be an additional charge.

Rules

There’s no cigarette smoking allowed. If you serve liquor, you must have party insurance, and a licensed bartender. Parties in the union kitchen can go late, but music must shut down at a reasonable time parties in the patio. Studio can go well into the night. There are no upstairs neighbors.
