Welcome to Physique 57! Created in 2006, Physique 57 is a world renowned Barre Fitness Program with studios across NYC, and internationally.

Physique 57 Nomad is our newest studio location with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the views of Broadway.

Our Private Studio can accommodate up to 8 people and is best for private coaching or small group sessions.

170 square feet of padded flooring, mirrors, barre, audio equipment, weights, bands, mats, and pilates balls.

- Socks required in studio (No shoes or barefoot)
- Studio must be reset at the end of session
- Music must remain at an appropriate volume

- Not Permitted: Food/drink, oils/powders, open flame, commercial filming without prior approval
