Corner location. 15 minutes north to Hudson, NY, 20 minutes south to Kingston/Rhinebeck. Crafty, Catering, Location and Production Management services available in house.

This idyllic farmhouse is over 200 years old and features a large living area with a gorgeous fireplace and mantle, perfect for holiday shoots. The black barn has an elevated she-shed vibe in the best way possible - think whitewashed walls, overstuffed couches and plenty of natural light. This location is on a working flower farm, so we should check it out during the Spring!

No pyrotechnics allowed. Groups over 25 people must provide portable restroom trailer. Power exceeding needs of home must be acquired at renter’s expense. No smoking on the premises. Renter must provide 2 Million dollars general liability certificate of insurance naming homeowner as add’l ins.
