Stunning historic factory building which was the former Flexible Flyer Studios. Not many of these buildings remain for filming work in Philadelphia, that are not being actively developed and are in a safe condition for filiming. Various industrial looks throughout. Amazing light well & 360 skyline. Gated for production parking. We also can clean up any space & allow modifications. Incredible setting for a horror film, crime movie, post apocalyptic setting, war movie, music video or more!!!
