A 1,450 sq ft medical office that we flipped to make a bit more accommodating to shooting video. The unit features a large patient/hospital room, an exam room, a lab/general purpose area, nurse's station, hallways, ADA compliant bathroom, a small lobby, and a kitchenette area (which we usually use for craft). The place is located about 25 minutes south of Philadelphia right off of I-95. It is a fairly quiet office, set-back from the street. Limited parking is available on site.
This versatile medical office is full of amazing camera-ready areas including a hospital room, an exam room, lobby area, various hallways and more! We highly recommend booking this incredible space for your next photo or video shoot!

Ultrasound machine, ICU monitor, oxygen/suction, vital signs monitor, IV pump, various scales, hospital bed, gurney, exam table, med cart, EMR cart, plus much more. We also have a rack of various colored scrubs, patient gowns, and lab coats available for use. Disposable supplies such as gloves, gowns, bandages, etc. are also included unless an excessive quantity of an item is needed.
No smoking building, 25 people max, all crew and gear must be kept within the suite (no outside space usage).
A studio manager will be on-site for the rental. We also provide a full range of production services if needed: scripting, casting, shooting, editing, etc. Pricing varies depending on the service.
