Pomeroy Living History Farm is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to our mission of preserving and maintaining history, providing educational opportunities, and sharing farm life--past and present--with the community. We are uniquely privileged to be located on nearly 700 acres in the picturesque Lucia Valley of Southwest Washington, with all the beauty and charm of a pre-electric farm, as well as the resources and functionality of a modern farm, business and event space.
This historic, sprawling farm located in a gorgeous rural area features rustic barns, wide open fields, a variety of farm animals, forested areas, a blacksmith shop, gardens, and more!

Speaker system, commercial fridge and freezer, and overhead heaters in Pavilion. Commercial kitchen available in Gathering Place. Various tractors can be brought out for display, including three John Deere tractors and a 1950s-era Case tractor. 1920s-era Model-T truck can be brought out for display.
Consumption of hard alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Total number of guests must be cleared with staff before event. Vehicles not permitted to be driven on event lawn. Open flames not permitted on event lawn.
At least one staff member will be onsite at all times during the rental period.

Power outlets are located all over the farm for various equipment. If you're wanting to film in one of the pastures or on the logging road, electricity is likely not available. Contact us for specific questions.
All buildings, except for the blacksmith shop, thrashing shed, and barns, have lighting to some degree. You will want to schedule a tour to look at the specific spaces you want to use.
