About This Location

Built in 1906, wooden tall ships were once constructed under the redwood ceiling. These sweeping beams now give way to one of Portland's most unique event spaces. Located in the heart of the city, The North Warehouse boasts 10,000 square feet of open warehouse space, 2,000 square foot office/lounge with a 5,000 square foot fenced attached parking lot that can be used for guest parking or included in the event or film shoot.

Rules

Client's are able to drive in the 13' bay doors directly into the warehouse. This allows the ability to easily set up production equipment and be able to shoot/film large vehicles if needed. No smoking allowed inside the warehouse.

Personnel

For all rentals there will be a venue manager on site to answer questions.

Our exclusive bar partner, Lucky Rabbit Bartending is also available for any food & beverage needs.
