A contemporary event space in Portland’s Pearl District, Urban Studio’s historic corner building has been a staple since the early 1900's when it was occupied by the Denby Motor Truck Company. The space maintains some of its former warehouse features with large windows, exposed ceilings, and an open floor plan. A garage door opens to the sidewalk on NW 10th Ave with the Portland Streetcar just steps away.

Venue includes 10 60" round tables, 125 black resin folding chairs, 4 half moon leather sofas and 1 wood custom built farm table.
Prior to renting Urban Studio client must read and sign a rental agreement outlining the rules and regulations of the property. Any food and beverage served onsite must be through our catering company Pearl Catering. We have a full onsite liquor license which does not allow cannabis events.
Rental requires hiring staff onsite, to be determined by event and guest count.
