The 15' x 25' Kitchen, a former school house from the property has been renovated to preserve its integrity of wood beams, arched door and brick fireplace. Additionally, a 10'x40' Front Porch, Family Rm, Dining Rm, and a Living Rm can all be part of your space if your project calls for it. This FarmHouse & Land is just 30 min from Downtown

Call. Hrly rate does not apply to all bookings. Rates vary for lg commercial shoots based on # of crew/vendors/props/cars hired. Smoking permitted in designated areas. Vehicles should stay on the road unless alternative pkg on property is discussed. The Home is for film scenes not crew basecamp.
The owners currently live on the premises. On site supervision &/ or assist can be secured if needed. Set design available for hire by the hr. Owner can highly recommend partner vendors if needed.
