I am interested in renting my rustic country home with picturesque acreage in rural southwest Virginia for filming. This part of Virginia borders eastern Kentucky and eastern Tennessee for additional backdrops of mountains and rural communities in the Appalachian region.
Being an avid movie fan, my private, rustic home with seven acres of land would be perfect for any kind of country setting for a movie including horror movies due to the seclusion, land, rustic home and barn.
Rustic, lightly furnished home in the woods features lots of land, forest views, and a secluded, run-down vibe that’s great for photo or video shoots!

Three bedroom/1.5 bath (full bathroom upstairs and a half of bathroom downstairs).
Larger room downstairs (with burning stove) can also be used as a large family room or a large bedroom. This larger room (aprox 400 sq ft) would be excellent for filming due to the size and scenery of the land that can be seen outside the windows

As long as there is not permanent damage to the home, I am extremely flexible to how the filming crew wants to change and/or decorate the home to fit your filming needs.
Due to the large home and seven acres, people can live in home and/or camp in their RV on property. Flexible daily rates.
No personnel available however the house, land, barn and two empty buildings can be used for as long as needed for filming.
I am willing to negotiate rental costs (i.e. per day) and am very flexible.

Flat driveway right in front of house that goes around the side of the house and continues behind the house. There is also a flat strip of land in front of and behind rustic barn on the back of the property. These flat grassy areas make it possible for vehicles with filming equipment and/or additional parking including RVs.
All rooms have light plus there are a couple of lamps around the house that can be used.
