No smoking, no pets unless working animals, all rentals include setup & teardown times, gues must remove any equipment they bring into space by the end of booking, no smoke machines allow, anything that includes the use of fire, must be pre-approved, in writing.
We do have on-site personnel available for support at an additional $125/hour
