We are a commercial recording studio, so we have generally everything in terms of audio. Drums, percussion, bass & guitars, pianos (acoustic and digital), amplifiers and cabinets, PA systems, Mixers, MPC's and sampling gear, Digital turntables, Mic Pre amps, Outboard Compressors and EQ's, Microphones

MAC computers with all DAWs, VST's and plug-ins and final cut pro.

Rules

All we ask is that you be respectful of the space and the details of the reservation. Sales and deposits are final and nonrefundable within seven days of the booking.

Personnel

We assign at least one assistant to every booking & more depending on the size of your group. We try to help our clients organize or attain anything they need. Flexible space and accommodating staff

We have outlets strategically placed all around the space and have handled large film shoots with big lighting set ups. The building receives a steady flow of slightly more than 220 V from the street and we have star grounding in place

Lighting Specifications

We are running LIFX A19 Bulbs around the space. Controlled by an app that can handle any color and or type of whiteness and warmth. All overheard lights.
