No smoking is permitted in the barn or the house or around the LP tank. No pornographic material production is allowed. No consuming alcohol beverages or recreational drugs is permitted. Additional electrical needs must be consulted with owners electrician. No open fires without owners consent.
Filming and production teams should supply their own personnel, security guards, EMT etc. owner is available for oversight.
