About This Location

Our 15,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor studio has been sustainably designed to create a natural, warm setting. We have seven different spaces that provide variety and a beautiful aesthetic. It feels like you’re in LA even though you are in Montclair, NJ. Years of production experience helped create one of the most functional studio spaces in the country including laser-leveled floors, a silent HVAC system, ceiling grids with high amp electric built in, drive-in bays and sound-proofing.

Full refund of deposit for cancellations made seven full days prior to the reservation time.

Rules

We only rent full day and 4-hour options, + taxes and fees
•$3000 for partial space & $4000 for the entire space for 4 hours
•$5000 for partial space & $7,500 for the entire space from 10 hrs to 12 hrs
To receive a refund, cancellations must be placed 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.
