Beautifully open (large) kitchen & den, many rooms for setup, staging.(10+ rooms) Marble kit, oversized island, huge primary bedroom, huge bath, oversized deck. 2 car gar: often used as catering & shoots. Private backyard, stucco arched wall. Great tudor-look w/mature trees & landscape. Lots of personality: ART, bookshelves & LIGHT. 1929 home. Owners RESPOND QUICKLY & have lots of experience. Parking is good.

Filming/video shoots are expected from experienced production companies. All others send inquiries & we will consider. The neighbors are happy with shoots. Sidewalks, big shade trees for larger shoots (If you need two houses, for example) 1099s expected. Mulitple homes available.

For $100/hour more, an experienced site manager can be added to your rental.
